The Hub at Vogrie Pogrie

Earlier this month we had a brilliant weekend at Vogrie Pogrie in Vogrie Country Park, where we connected with over 200 people from across Midlothian, and even some visitors from further afield. At the MCAN tent, we explored biodiversity and wildlife-friendly spaces, mapping local green areas and gathering your ideas for how our communities could make these spaces richer for wildlife.

From growers to repairers, artists to youth groups, development trusts to guerrilla gardeners, each of you brings something vital to our shared mission for a fairer, more sustainable and resilient Midlothian.
